2. Shipping time
Once the order is confirmed or the buyer has paid, it will take between 1-7 days for us to ship the package.
It will take around 13-20 days for the package to get delivered after shipping.
3. Tracking
Tracking number for all orders will be provided.

4. Shipping policy in case of refund and exchanges
Parvati Jewels will pay for the shipping if the item arrives broken or different or if it breaks or is not usable within 7 days the after delivery. If the buyer wishes to get a refund or exchange for reasons other than these then the buyer will have to pay for shipping.
In both cases, whether the buyer pays for shipping or Parvati Jewels, the buyer will have to ship the items himself.
5. Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
