Damages and issues

Refund and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
-Product Condition: We accept returns and offer refunds on products that are unused and in their original condition.
Products which arrive broken or different from the product description are eligible for exchange and refund.
In case the product breaks or is not usable anymore within 7 days after the product is delivered then you will get a full refund or the product will be exchanged. We will be the ones who will decide whether the refund request is genuine or fraud.
In case the product gets lost in shipping then Parvati Jewels will either provide you with a refund or ship a new piece for you.
Timeframe: Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Refund Process

5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it falls under our standard refund policy.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Shipping
Parvati Jewels will pay for the shipping if the item arrives broken or different or if it breaks or is not usable within 7 days the after delivery. If the buyer wishes to get a refund or exchange for reasons other than these then the buyer will have to pay for shipping.
In both the cases whether the buyer pays for shipping or Parvati Jewels, the buyer will have to ship the items himself.
No prepaid shipping label will be provided, in case Parvati Jewels has to pay the shipping charges the buyer is to sent a picture of the shipping receipt to us and Parvati Jewels will transfer the money within 24 Hours.
